Gourmet Hardneck Garlic

Rustic Manor grows three distinctive hardneck garlic varieties: Purple Glazer, Duganski, and German Red. Purple Glazer produces our largest bulbs, with attractive purple striping and a rich, well-rounded flavor. Duganski and German Red form slightly smaller bulbs with bold, classic garlic flavor that works beautifully in everyday cooking. All three are grown here at Rustic Manor and selected for their quality, appearance, and character.

Fresh Lion's Mane Mushrooms

Grown right here at Rustic Manor Farm, our lion’s mane mushrooms are harvested fresh for the best flavor and texture. Known for their tender, meaty texture and mild flavor, they’re excellent sautéed in butter. Lion’s mane has a mild, slightly sweet taste and a texture often compared to crab or lobster, making it great for sautéing, grilling, or adding to your favorite dishes.
